A single leaf fragment on parchment, c. 516 x 301 mm, with three geometric six line initials in black ink.
Ruled in lead point, c. 455 x 276 mm (visible), with music in square notation on five-line staves ruled in red with lyrics in black ink in prescissa script and rubrics in red.
The first six letter initial to the recto opens the cantus, ‘Benedico te pater domini mei Jesu Christi quia per filium tuu[m] ignis extinctus est a latere meo’, (’I bless you, Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, because through your Son the fire has been extinguished from my side’). A good example of a large antiphonal leaf, the margins have been cropped, there is rubbing to the text, and some water damage.
