A single leaf fragment on parchment, c. 473 x 306 mm, decorated with a geometric six line initial in black ink to the verso.
Ruled in lead point, c. 470 x 270 mm (visible), with music in square notation on five-line staves ruled in red with lyrics in black ink in prescissa script and rubrics in red.
The decorated initial opens the cantus, ‘Agnosce, o Vincenti invictissime, pro cuius nomine’, (’Acknowledge, O most invincible Victor, for whose name’). A good example of a large antiphonal leaf, the margins have been cropped significantly, some rubbing to the text, and some discolouration to the parchment.
