We help collectors, libraries and institutions around the world build and curate collections of rare books. To do this, our team catalogues and photographs all the material we handle, packs and ships every order, writes and produces our own printed catalogues, exhibits at international book fairs, and makes films about books for an audience of tens of millions every month.
All our roles are based at the Manor House, Howbery Park, just outside Wallingford in South Oxfordshire. It is a lovely place to work but it is not easily accessible by public transport, so a car and a driving licence are essential, as is a willingness to spend the occasional long weekend at book fairs across the UK and the USA.
Experience in the trade counts for a lot, but we are also willing to take a chance on someone with obvious potential and less track record. The most important thing is that you always put our customers first and work well in our team.
