Superior edition. Quarto. Bound in dark brown morocco with blind stamp border decoration to the upper and lower covers, lettered and decorated in gilt to spine. All edges gilt. Marbled endpapers.
 
A very good copy. Extremities are rubbed, slight crack to lower hinge, some browning internally, some corners folded or ripped, some shallow tears to pages. Family register, births, marriages and deaths filled in by Holwes family the nineteenth century.
