Octavo. Bound in limp vellum with written title to spine, yapped edges, with the remains of vellum ties. Paper fore-edge title tucked into lower cover.
 
A very good copy. Some staining and discolouration to the vellum, several internal stains to pages and damp marks. The gutter is cracked on the title page and sii-v.
