A single leaf on parchment, c. 112 x 82 mm, ruled in ink for fifteenth lines (c. 79 x 52 mm), written in gothic texualis script in black ink, rubrics in red, blue or red one-line initials, one two-line red initial.
 
The text contains Psalm 60: 4-9, beginning ‘inimici / Inhabitabo in tab[er]n[a]c[u]lo tuo in s[ae]c[u]la’ (enemies / I will dwell in Your tabernacle forever). The end of the recto opens Psalm 61: 1-8.
